Family yoga is a couples practice that will help you improve your self-awareness and improve contact with your child. Children will not find this type of yoga boring, because it is a dynamic practice. It will be useful for adults, especially for those who lead a more relaxed lifestyle.

Classes in “Family yoga for children and adults” do not require any special equipment. The coach recommends that children and adults take up family yoga two times a week for 30-40 minutes.
