The charity organization "THE STEP TO HAPPINESS CENTER" Charitable Foundation is a Ukrainian foundation with an official office in Odesa, founded in 2026 by a Czech volunteer, Martin Bukovsky. The fund became a direct continuation of the humanitarian activities of the Czech organization "Together for a Children's Smile" (Společně pro dětsku smyšku), which since 2023 has been actively helping children affected by the war, mainly in the Poltava and Kharkiv regions. The move of the founder and the registration of the fund in Ukraine made it possible to create a stable institutional base directly in Odesa, which enables us to respond flexibly and effectively to the urgent needs of a region suffering from a military conflict.

The fund's activities are fully focused on system support and infrastructure development in four key areas:

1. Supporting children: We provide direct assistance to children affected by war.
2. Implementation of psychological assistance: Currently, the foundation plans to create and launch professional psychological assistance programs aimed at supporting families and children in overcoming the traumas experienced.
3. Restoration of infrastructure and reconstruction of shelters: the Foundation is actively involved in repairing buildings and liquidating the consequences of attacks, while a special priority is the reconstruction and arrangement of shelters in Odesa and the Odesa region
4. Development of energy and solar systems: The Foundation implements solar systems and modern energy solutions mainly in educational institutions to provide children with a safe, stable and energy-independent learning environment.
